Faces of Epilepsy

"I have epilepsy, but epilepsy doesn't have me"

That is the way our "Faces of Epilepsy" participants live their lives. The Faces of Epilepsy program made its debut at the 4th Annual Think Positive Gala. We asked several people to write about their expereince with epilepsy and we featured each person's story at the gala. The people we approached to write their story were honored to share their story publicly.

The Faces of Epilepsy program continued this year at the 5th Annual Think Positive Gala. We asked 10 more people to share their story. Each person we asked was thought the program was a fantastic idea and eagerly wrote their story.

The goal of the program is for people with epilepsy to share their story, raise awareness of epilepsy and inspire others.

We are looking for more inspirational stories to share at our gala, in the media and on our website. If you are interested in submitting your own story, please email us your story and images at efct@sbcglobal.net.
