Part of a project called Youth, Epilepsy, and Successful Self-Management (YESS), the survey seeks to learn from the experts - teens, young adults, and their parents - about the behaviors and services that help make growing up with epilepsy easier or harder. The survey results will be used to create a program to assist teens and young adults with their epilepsy self-management.

YESS is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and is one of the Managing Epilepsy Well (MEW) Network sites. The MEW Network is a research partnership that works to promote epilepsy self-management research and improve the quality of life for people with epilepsy.
