2022 Walk to End Epilepsy in Connecticut Raised $86,800

We are thrilled to announce the results of the 2022 Walk to End Epilepsy in Connecticut. We loved walking with you, hearing your stories, and coming together as a community this May. And we can't wait to do it again next year! Between the 5 locations, we had 55 teams and 800 participants. Thanks to all our walkers, donors, and sponsors, we raised $86,800 to support people with epilepsy in Connecticut! It was so inspiring to see all the support for the epilepsy community!

We would like to congratulate the top 5 fundraising individuals: Vincent Siefert with $1,820, Nancy Kreinest with $1,000, Jake Oquendo with $640, Peggy Morin with $620, and Deborah Logan & Samar Bush who both raised $520. We would also like to congratulate the top 5 fundraising teams: Team Muir with $5,075, Bridge to Cure with $4,290, Connor’s Crew with $3,595, Strike Out Epilepsy with $3,520, and Ollie’s Crew with $3,185. We had 19 teams that each raised more than $1,000. We would like to thank all teams who utilized their fundraising page to help people with epilepsy. Kudos to you all!

Thank you to Team Bridge to Cure, and their team captain, Vincent Siefert, for hosting the Orange Walk to End Epilepsy After Party. The event had live music, good food, and great people! We had so much fun at that event!
